<p>2. If your job requires travel and you want to stay dedicated to the program, know whats in the city. (grocery stores, healthy restaurants, hotels with full gyms and full kitchens.)</p>
<p>3. Make the time to prepare enough food to have 5-7 meals per day, for 10-12 consecutive days. The following meals can be prepared in 2-3 hours including prep time and will make 5-7 meals that will last approximately 10-12 days: 1 Large pot turkey spaghetti, 1 large pot of chicken alfredo with brown rice, 50 homemade fish sticks, 1 large pan of tuna casserole, 24 turkey tacos, 24 homemade protein bars, 50 mini chicken pizza on homemade whole wheat pizza dough. Freeze what you dont plan to eat immediately. Buy a cooler, small microwavable containers and ice packs to keep your food fresh and carry with you all day. That way, when you&#8217;re ready for it, you can just warm it up.</p>
<p>4. Everyone uses their phone for everything. So tell your phone to let you know when it&#8217;s time to eat. Set it to go off every time you know you&#8217;ll have at least 5 minutes, once every 2-3 hours, to eat. It can be a homemade protein shake with a homemade protein bar and half a piece of fruit to a 1/4 cup of chicken spaghetti and a handful of salad.</p>

Because let&#8217;s<a href="http://joezjymnazium.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/100_0554.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-206" title="100_0554" src="http://joezjymnazium.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/100_0554-225x300.jpg" alt="" width="225" height="300" /></a> face it, life is more than just working out. YES, your health and fitness should take precedence over everything else, but you also have to work, spend time with friends/family etc. I&#8217;ll teach you how to find your own personal balance so that adding my program into your everyday life won&#8217;t overwhelm you. Committing to <em><strong>anything</strong></em> new can be daunting, but changing the way you think about health and fitness, food, sleep, recreation and alcohol; as well as modifying your behaviors in an effort to meet specific fitness goals, is a completely different thing. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s so important that you think very carefully and clearly before hiring me. Because although I am very flexible as far as session times are concerned (if you come in one day at 6pm but the next day it needs to be 4pm, as long as that slot isn&#8217;t taken, it&#8217;s yours) and very understanding if your job requires you to travel frequently (if you go out of town will you still have your spot when you get back? If you&#8217;ve paid your monthly fee before you leave, yes. ) I can&#8217;t make you come to your session if you&#8217;re too tired after sitting in traffic. As motivating and as driven as I am to help you succeed, you have to be MORE driven and MORE motivated. No matter what happens to you during the day before you come to your session (outside of emergencies, of course) you can&#8217;t let it derail your fitness goal. Don&#8217;t let the stress of your job or home life hinder you from obtaining the best body that you possibly can. Because then you&#8217;re going to have to start all over again. And it may be more physically and mentally demanding that it was before. So how then would a person handle: an 8-10 hour work day, making sure they eat at least 5 meals during the day and making sure they&#8217;re spaced no more than 3 hours apart and are completely balanced in nutrients and calories, possibly sit in traffic for half an hour (or more) while on their way here and still have the mental and physical energy to get through one of my workouts? The answer is simple: very careful, well-thought out planning, coupled with good communication between themselves and myself. Will it be easy in the beginning? No. Why? Because you&#8217;re completely changing your life. You&#8217;re no longer just eating when you&#8217;re hungry. You&#8217;re eating because it&#8217;s NECESSARY to eat more frequently in order to meet a specific fitness goal. You&#8217;re going to make lots of mistakes along the way, but if you listen to me and are willing to learn, I&#8217;ll teach you how to LEARN from those mistakes so you can avoid making them or at the very least making them to the extent that they greatly affect your chances of meeting your fitness goal. It&#8217;s best, I think, to visualize your fitness goal as a bright, warm beacon at the end of a long, winding rocky trail. Some of those rocks may trip you up as you go along. Some may even bring you down. But as long as you keep that beacon in your sights and KEEP GETTING UP EVERYTIME you fall, you&#8217;ll NEVER fail. And THAT is my one and ONLY guarantee.</p>

Adding muscle, naturally, i.e. without illegal drugs, is very difficult and takes a long time.</span></p>
